The Short Version

Vemmie is a small, local Austin business. We only collect the bare minimum information needed to confirm your pickup reservation — your name and phone number. We don't sell your info, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing. That's the whole thing.

What We Collect

• Name — to greet you correctly at pickup
• Phone number — to text you a reservation confirmation and coordinate the meetup
• ZIP code — used only in your browser to suggest meetup spots near you. Never stored on our end.

How We Use It

Your name and phone number are sent to our reservation inbox at orders@vemmie.com. We use that info only to:

• Confirm your reservation and meetup details
• Contact you if something changes (e.g., we need to reschedule)
• Reach you on the day of pickup if needed

We will never send you promotional texts, sell your contact info, or share it with anyone outside of Vemmie LLC.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel's built-in analytics to count anonymous page visits and measure site performance. This does not identify you personally — no cookies, no tracking pixels, no user fingerprinting. We see numbers like "23 visitors today," not who they are.

Data Retention

Once your transaction is complete, we have no operational reason to keep your contact info. Reservation emails may persist in our inbox archive but are never re-used or shared.

Your Rights

You can request that we delete any record of your reservation at any time by emailing admin@vemmie.com. We'll confirm within 7 days.

Updates to This Policy

If anything changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
